5:00 to 6:00 pm: Silent Vigil for Peace on the south side of W. 4th Ave. (near the fountain). Women only. Please wear black. Some signs are provided. “Women in Black” is a loose network of women worldwide committed to peace with justice and actively opposed to war and violence since 1988.
